Cheesecake de Granger offers shipping throughout the continental United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) for our cheesecake in the jar and our cheesecake pops. All of our desserts are made to order and require expedited overnight next day shipping to preserve freshness and quality. Our desserts require refrigeration and are shipped frozen via dry ice. Although we try to ensure that shipping costs are as reasonable as possible, our shipping partners are solely responsible for shipping rates. All shipping charges are based on a single address and can be reviewed during the checkout process.
We utilize 2 shipping partners for our products: GSO is for our west coast customers and UPS is for our customers throughout the rest of the nation. Because of our location in Los Angeles, California, our west coast clientele will have lower shipping rates.
We ship all of our orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; therefore, all shipments will arrive during the week and will not arrive on Saturday or Sunday. Your package will arrive in good condition to the address stated on your order by the end of day. This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect (or incomplete addresses). We are not responsible for packages left unattended, and/or un-refrigerated upon arrival.
Multiple Item Shipments

We do not offer Saturday delivery for shipping.
The handling fee is $14.95 and is applied to all shipped items. Our products are shipped overnight next day in an insulated box with ice packs and dry ice to ensure freshness.
P.O. Box Deliveries
Cheesecake de Granger cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All customers must provide a physical street address for delivery.
All orders are shipped signature release, unless otherwise indicated. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please follow the handling instructions on or inside your shipping box. If the item is being shipped as a gift, we recommend notifying the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product.
Businesses, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools or Gated Communities
If you are sending your gift to a business or hotel, please be aware that our carriers may deliver the package to a front desk, reception area, or a shipping and receiving department. We recommend notifying the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product. Cheesecake de Granger® is not responsible if our shipping partner is unable to deliver the package because the business is closed or they have no access.
Your order may be subject to additional charges for address corrections or forwarding.
Shipping Delays and Damages
Occasionally your order may experience a delay with the carrier, which is beyond our control. There are a number of variables that cause this, including severe weather. Cheesecake de Granger is not responsible for weather delays, neither are we responsible for items damaged during shipment; however, we will do our best to work with the shipping company if your package has been insured.
Cheesecake de Granger makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders timely and accurately. Please be aware that during peak gift giving periods such as shipping delays may occur.
We make every effort to have inventory on hand, but all orders are subject to availability. If the item you have requested is not available, we will honor a substitution of equal or greater value and of similar category in order to meet your ship date requirements.
