Coconut Banana Cupcake – 12

These ingredients work gloriously together. A most loyal patron suggested we combine bananas and coconut to create a cheesecake cupcake for their birthday. We are glad we listened. It is one of our best sellers.

We prepare our Coconut Banana Cupcake Cheesecake using freshly pressed bananas, thick coconut filling, toasted coconut flakes, luscious banana whipped cream, and graham cracker crust. The final enhancement is the whipped cream is sprinkled with coconut flakes. So very tropical!
