Ambrosia Cupcakes – 12

The Ancient Greeks referred to ambrosia as the food or drink of the gods. When consumed it was thought one receives the gift of immortality. Close to immortality, our Ambrosia Cheesecake Cupcake were the unofficial People’s Choice at one of the biggest cupcake competitions of 2015.

Ambrosia Cheesecake Cupcakes are composed of a shredded toasted coconut and sliced almond graham cracker base. Apricot nectar and crushed pineapple are blended into the cheesecake filling, topped with cherry whipped cream garnished with chopped pecans, more toasted shredded coconut and a slice of sweet mandarin orange.
