Homemade Pure Indonesian Vanilla Bean Extract

We especially selected Indonesian Vanilla Beans to craft our extract for its terroir.  This combination of elements – the sun, rain, wind and earth that develops a particular minerality, mouth, and aroma indicative to Indonesia. Each individual vanilla bean tastes different.  When consuming you are experiencing a variety of flavors that are singularly identified as vanilla.

 Sweet and creamy, too – our Indonesian Vanilla Beans woodsy and earthy notes compliments the diverse and complex flavors that we employ in our products.  We age our beans for over one year in a select vodka that is not overly filtered to capture and marry the floral notes of each birthing a one of a kind extract.  And yes, CHEESECAKE de GRANGER´S Artisan Crafted Vanilla Bean Extract can be purchased separately.  Touché!
